So we’re in the last few days of the challenge. You’ve probably been working super hard in the past few days trying to hustle to reach your goal. We’re in the final sprint so give it your everything!
But I also want to remind you that you shouldn’t overdo it. It’s important to look after your mental and physical health when you are in hustle mode. Sometimes you need a break to recharge and there’s nothing wrong with that. It can be counterintuitive to work all the hours in the day if you are so burned you can’t enjoy your goal!
So today I want you to plan what you are going to do on day 51. I want you to plan something that is fun and will make you feel great. You might just want to sit around and play video games all day. That’s fine – whatever you need to do to blow off some steam. You’ve worked hard for the past 50 days. You deserve a release!
On day 51 I plan on going out for dinner and enjoying a rather large bottle of my favourite Italian red wine. So what’s your plan? How will you chillax after the challenge?
